The acceptance price is the minimum price that a seller would be willing to accept from the buyer to end the auction, it is not disclosed to potential buyers.

You will be required to pay the percentage of the deposit amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and Mzad Syria reserves the right to take the necessary legal action.

If the acceptance price is not met, the seller is not required to sell the item, even to the highest bidder, the seller has several options, including: ● Declining all bids and re-auctioning the item ● Selling the item to the highest bidder. The starting price is the initial bidding price that buyers bid on, and Mzady decides it as a percentage of the acceptance price according to each category.

Yes, you must move the cars outside the auction area within 48 hours from the date of paying the purchase amount, otherwise, a fine will be charged for each day after 48 hours, estimated at 50 riyals per day
